DANI ALMEYDA [ RESET YOURSELF BEFORE YOU WRECK YOURSELF ]

You're tired of feeling stiff, achey, and unfocused… or you’re struggling with anxiety and stress.  Even when you seem to take all the steps to feel your best, something is just missing.... we get it. It's time to learn how to PRESS RESET with a re-introduction to your 'Original Strength'.  Dani will take you through some simple movements that will make both your mind and body feel better and can change the course of your day.  It feels good to feel good, and bottom line is, YOU were made to feel good and strong for a lifetime.

BRITTAN LILLEGARD [ SELF CARE THROUGH INTENTIONAL JOURNALING]

Part of Brittany's journey healing from depression has involved a quick and structured journaling process she calls Intentional Journaling. In this presentation you will learn how just 5-minutes of daily journaling can help you better identify your emotions, how they affect your physical health, and how to use that information to identify the best self-care actions for you RIGHT NOW to help you easily incorporate and commit to a self-care focused lifestyle.

MARYBETH GANGEMI [ PLAYFULLY EXPLORING NATURAL MOVEMENT

Marybeth will take us through an exploration of strength, creativity, and cooperative movement.  We'll cover a blend of the basic movement techniques from a natural movement framework and discuss what is meant by 'natural movement’.  We'll explore ways to build a strong body and a playful spirit while connecting to our natural environment.

SARAH SCOZZARO [ YOUR WHY - HOW TO DIG DEEP WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH]

We always hear about motivation - as if it's some magical power that is the key to attaining our goals. But what if it wasn't about motivation but rather having a WHY?  In this talk we will look at the role of having a WHY vs. relying on motivation alone, how having a WHY can help you dig deep when overcoming hard things, and how knowing your WHY can help you find clarity with your goals and help in discovering your authentic self.

DR. JULIE ANGEL [  BREAKING THE JUMP: Build a strong body and mind while conquering fears through Parkour ]

When we see and experience our environment differently we have the possibility and potential to see ourselves differently. We'll explore both the ‘inner excellence’ and physical side of Parkour by learning how to overcome physical and emotional obstacles. The ideas behind Parkour are embedded in a culture of effort so we are all able and can take that first baby step or small jump to see what we are made of. Discover how to make friends with fear and have fun moving in ways that will make you stronger in mind and body.

JAIMIE LEE [ GAINING EMPOWERMENT THROUGH SELF DEFENSE]

Jaimie training is designed to enhance inner strength and self-confidence. The training will focus on techniques from Krav Maga, an Israeli fighting system, designed to focus on empowering you against common attacks regardless of age, fitness level, or gender. The training will teach you how to turn your natural instincts into an effective self-defense with a fun, energetic, empowering seminar along with a little sweat!

KELLY MANZONE [ TRAINING LIKE A WARRIOR 101 - INTRO TO THE MACE ]

An ancient modality rich in history that’s now become a fitness staple. Basic intro of the various styles of swinging/incorporating this tool...I’ll share my mace/gada journey and why I enjoy swinging both steel mace and traditional bamboo/wood Gadas.
We’ll discuss the benefits I’ve felt and break down the traditional swings along with how to incorporate offset exercises with variations of squats/lunges and presses.

CHRIS NEWPORT [ WORKING LUNCH: NUTRITION & FUEL ]

Chris does simple nutrition… she keeps it real in a world full of endless options and opinions on what and what not to put into your body. Chris is coming to us with a casual discussion on nutrition for the everyday person and is here to answer the questions you’ve been wanting to ask but didn’t know who to ask, or were too embarrassed to ask about. There is no shame here! Oh, and we’re sure that poops and pees will be a topic of conversation too!

KIRSTY GROSART [ WHY HANDSTANDS MAKE US BETTER AT EVERYTHING]

Handstands require strength and flexibility, but these attributes alone are not what determines if you can balance upside down. Learning to do a handstand is about gaining awareness of what your body is doing. It's about feeling what is going on and developing the control to make adjustments. By practicing handstands mindfully you develop so much more than the ability to balance on your hands. You become more aware of how your body is moving in space. This awareness transfers to everything that you do.  *No previous handstand experience and does not require you to go fully upside down.

SARAH SCHALL [ YOUR CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE ]

Are you deeply passionate about something and desire to make an impact, but wonder how you can make a difference?  Looking outside yourself to lead and inspire others is where your passion comes alive and impact is found.

We’ll determine your circle of influence and how to impact those around you.  Sharing your passion will not only effect change in others, it will also create more clarity in and for yourself.  We’ll look inside ourselves to discover who influences and sharpens us and then we’ll look outside ourselves to see how we can mentor and lead others.  Creating a ripple effect that is a direct result of passion and purpose colliding is where lasting impact is found…we’re not just creating movement, but we’re creating a movement!

ALSO EXPECT :
