Journaling Masterclass

In this 60-minute masterclass, you will learn a simple and effective journaling layout that will help you use your daily journal to become more in tune with your emotional and physical states so that you can determine what self-care practices will be most effective for you, no matter what life throws your way. We will also learn exactly what self-care is and isn't, how to allow your self-care practices to be dynamic and pivot as your needs change, as well as how to edit the template for your unique lifestyle.

Class will be taught by Brittany Lillegard, founder + {mind + body} movement coach at Wild Woman Strong, an online platform that helps women who feel stuck find freedom in their minds through movement. She is passionate about sharing this special journaling format that has helped her manage her life alongside depression and given her and dozens of journaling clients significant life-changing benefits.
