Let's go for a walk in the woods!

Larissa Parson invites you to meet up at the Eno River State Park Cole Mill parking lot at noon and meander around for about an hour. Bring all the things you need to feel comfortable while hiking on a non-strenuous trail. There's a nice stretch of the Eno for clambering on boulders, so be prepared to get your feet wet!

Optional— before the hike, come to Larissa’s Restorative Movement class at 10am (at A Step to Health in Hillsborough) for some extra foot care.
