Refunds

If you are sick, have a family emergency, or have another unforeseeable situation arise, we will credit you towards another workshop if you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the workshop.  If you’d like to attend a different workshop instead, we will put your payment as a credit towards a different workshop of your choice.  Credit must be redeemed within 6 months of original workshop date.

If you request a refund at least 90 days prior to your original registered workshop, it will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).


Event Cancellation

In the event that the Women's Movement Collaborative must cancel an event, we will completely refund you your money. We will also allow you to reschedule to another event if you would rather choose another to attend.  We will let you know at least 21 days prior to the prior, unless there is a disaster of some sort, which renders our event and surrounding environment hazardous to any participants.
